I just wanted to let you know how extremely happy I am with your hosting service that I signed up to last month. My initial decision was made due to the speed and quality of e-mail replies to my pre-sales enquiries. This speed was maintained after you took my cash as my account was up and running in a morning (20 minutes after my invoice was payed!) Beyond that I remain impressed with the array of tools available in the control panel such as phpmyadmin, file manager, web stats and webmail. As a webmaster of a frequently updated site, these are invaluable to me.
Overall, an excellent package that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - just not to any 'competition'! Keep it up!

I must tell you that I am moving the domain which I recently purchased and hosted with "another host" because they have no idea about after sales service.
I recently purchased a Reseller Account with access to unlimited sub domains at £ 500.00 + vat per year, and asked them to activate certain sub-domains 24 hours ago and have still had no response from them even after calling and speaking to them.
I have subsequently cancelled my account with them and upgraded my account to your Reseller Account so that I can host all my domain names with your company.
